My Goals, my commitment and naughty, naughty habit

Blog No. 1: (I have no idea what I am doing)

So there is officially 7 days until I let Mish kick my arse back into some sort of shape that isn't just a blob. In my brain (the magic world where chocolate and any baked goods baked by yourself should be calorie free) that means that there is roughly 7 days until the start of my "new life".

I am what is considered a "returning" 12wbter, but I feel like last round I failed epically, so this round I am going to give it my best, and within that I am going to try to update this blog once a week.

From last season and this pre season I have come to realise that one of my biggest issues is that I'm a creative liar when it comes to food! I can somehow justify the most amazing things in my head which just has to stop!!

So at this point I have the following goals:

1 month:
Complete my couchto5k running app
Make my commitment to gymnastics
Have passed adults 2.
Loss a minimum of 3 kilos

3 months:
Run 10km
Be able to do a handstand
Have passed adults 2, and be in adults 3, stroking and edges
Loss 10kgs

6 months:
Run a half marathon
Be able to do the splits
Have passed adults 3 or 4 (preferably four)
Maintain weight between 50 - 55 kgs

12 months:
Run a marathon
Be able to do a standing back tuck
Be in a free skate adults class
Maintain weight between 50 - 55 kgs

Now I just need to diarise!
